Description

Membrane CRM2507-50KD, outer diameter 25 mm, length 1178 mm, 7 channels. Membrane material: Al203. An inorganic membrane is a porous ceramic filter sintered from aluminium, titanium and zirconium at a very high temperature. Inorganic ceramic membranes are typically used for asymmetric structures with a porous backing and an active membrane layer. The macroporous backing provides mechanical resistance while the active layer serves as a separator for microfiltration, ultrafiltration and nanofiltration (from 10 µm to 1 KD). Inorganic ceramic membranes are used for cross-flow filtration (tangential flow filtration). The turbid liquid passes through the inorganic membrane layer into the middle of the channel at high speed. Under the action of transmembrane pressure (TMP), a pure liquid with a micromolecule passes through the membrane layer vertically to penetration, a solid and large molecule is discarded into the retentate. In this way, the nutrient fluid is purified, concentrated and purified. Inorganic ceramic membranes have an asymmetric structure consisting of three layers: a filtration membrane layer, a middle layer and a support layer. The pressure loss of such an asymmetric structure is small, which means that the ceramic membrane has a better recovery of daily work. Inorganic ceramic membranes are tubular composite membranes on an open porous tube made of high purity α-alumina oxide. All of them contain 99.5% pure aluminum as a support ball. The tube is optimized for maximum water permeability and high mechanical resistance (tensile strength > 100 bar). CRM Inorganic Ceramic Membrane has a microporous membrane with alumina/zirconium oxide as a surface active layer. This layer makes up the actual membrane layer. Depending on the pore size of the membrane, one or more layers with decreasing pore size are applied and sintered. Therefore, CRM inorganic ceramic membranes can be used for ultrafiltration, microfiltration and nanofiltration in cross-flow filtration (tangential flow filtration). Advantages of CRM ceramic membranes: Accurate separation with narrow pore size distribution Excellent resistance to strong acids, caustic, oxidizing and organic solvents High temperature resistance and steam disinfection High abrasion resistance and high strength, long service life High flow, backwashable, high efficiency Ease of operation with low maintenance and low labor costs Lower waste disposal costs Lower operating costs Compact design
