Description
The food pump G2-OPV is intended for pumping of milk and similar on it on viscosity and chemical activity of foodstuff with a temperature no higher than 90 ° C. It is used in plants of the dairy and other branches of the food industry. The pump of the G2-OPV brand on a design one-stage, console and monoblock, with the closed blades of an impeller. It is established without the base on three support. The G2-OPV electric pump is mounted by means of an intermediate arm on a flange of the electric motor. A cover with suction discharge pipes is installed on the bracket body. The cover is pressed to the body of the bracket with a clamp through a rubber sealing ring.
The cover with the discharge pipe can be installed in any position in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the motor shaft. The space between the bracket body and the cover forms the working chamber of the electric pump, inside which the impeller rotates, fixed on the tip with a nut. The tip is pressed on the motor shaft and equipped with an end seal, which consists of a sprocket, gland, sleeve and spring to create a seal in the passage of the tip into the chamber of the electric pump.
Suction and discharge pipes have a thread that allows you to connect the electric pump to the pipes with the help of cap nuts and fittings. Also for protection of the electric motor against water hit on it the protective cover is established.
All parts of the G2-OPV-16 pump that interact with the pumped liquid are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and materials approved for use in the food industry.
