Description
LZ series variable area flow meter with metal measuring tube has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable performance, widely used high accuracy. Convenient installation. Compared with glass tube flow meter, this series has the characteristics of high pressure resistance, high temperature resistance, safety, ocular reading, etc. It can be suitable for measuring opaque medium and corrosive medium. The tube and flange are made of stainless steel (1Cr19n9Ti or 316L). The orifice, float are made of stainless steel as standard, and the orifice, float and tube lining of the anti-corrosion series are made of PTEF (Teflon) anti-corrosion material.
LZ series flow meter with metal measuring tube is a variable area flow meter. As the fluid flows up the metal tube, the float moves up to a certain position where the lift force and gravity reach equilibrium, at which point the circulation area between the float and the orifice (or cone tube) remains fixed. The circulation area is proportional to the height of the float, i.e. the height of the float represents the flow volume. As the float moves up and down, it transmits its position to the indicator externally in the form of a magnetic connection, thus causing the indicator needle to follow the float's movement and, with the help of the cam hand, to show the flow value I on the indicator.
