Description
Quickmaxx PB is an antimicrobial product used for ethanol fermentation. It contains a combination of antibiotics antimicrobial salts that prevent a whole range of fermentation contamination, including Lactobacillus, Acetobacter, Leuconostoc and Pediococcus. Due to the synergistic interaction of different antibiotics, the antimicrobial product allows, even with a small dose, to slow down and prevent the development of resistant foreign organisms, and promotes the emergence of immunity. By preventing the occurrence of infection, glucose losses decrease, stress for yeast decreases, and alcohol yield increases. Quickmaxx PB remains stable over a wide pH range and acts immediately. It is added directly to the yeast plant or fermentation tank at the beginning, middle or end of the fermentation process.
Quickmaxx PB can be added to a yeast plant or fermentation tank. Typical dosages range from 1 - 2 ppm, (1 - 2 g / 1000 L). In case of significant infection, an increase in dosage is required - consult the technologist / seller.
