Description
LiqueStar - this liquid, highly concentrated, thermally stable endo-alpha-amylase [EC3.2.1.] obtained by the latest fermentation technology of the bacterial strain Bacillus licheniformis. LiqueStar has the highest alpha-amylase activity and a wide range of pH and temperature: 4.5-7.5 and 60-110 ° C. It is a versatile enzyme suitable for various production conditions.
STORAGE CONDITIONS AND DURATION
LiqueStar should be stored in a cool and dry place. LiqueStar remains 100% active for 12 months when stored in the original unopened packaging and at a temperature of 4°C-8°C. When stored at room temperature up to 25℃, the enzyme activity is maintained up to 90% for 12 months from the production date.
