Usage of XLDZJ-150 vacuum oil filter: used for the regenerative treatment of poor quality transformer oil, turbine oil, diesel oil, hydraulic oil, anti-wear oil, motor oil and other insulating oil.
Adopts low-temperature oil-water separation technology, which can effectively remove molecular water from oil.
The use of stainless steel and polymeric materials as the filter element can effectively remove impurities in the oil, long service life, no additives need to be added in the process of use, the processed oil contains impurities with a particle size of 3 microns.
Using a combination of stereoscopic flash and aggregation separation technology, the treated oil can reach a water content of less than 5 PPM.
The station can achieve online operation for more than 200 hours. The technology of multi-stage filtration and molecular adsorption is adopted, and the filter element is encrypted step by step to ensure the filtration accuracy.
