These stations are designed to automatically turn on the pumping station in the event of a fire. There are various modifications of pumping stations, they are divided depending on the type of pumps, the type of engine and control methods. This is due to the technical conditions and the type of object on which the fire extinguishing station will be located. These parameters are determined at the design stage. Fire extinguishing pumping stations are different in configuration, with the use of pumps with electric drive (equipped with electric generators) or with gasoline or diesel drives, as well as "jockey" pumps.
