Description
Pump application: ATEX pumps in accordance with Directive 2014/34 / EC can be installed in explosive environments in accordance with the ATEX marking.
Features: multi-stage centrifugal electric submersible pumps for 4-inch wells, equipped with a floating impeller system that allows you to pump filtrate and loaded liquid with small solids. External pump housing, discharge port, suction port, shaft and other stainless steel components. Impellers and diffusers made of special technopolymer with ceramic inserts in places of wear. A stainless steel check valve is installed in the discharge head. Temperature of the pumped liquid: no more than + 40 °C. A version for permanent immersion in bicarbonates (ID EX series) is available. Available in the AISI 316 version.
Motor: 2-pole asynchronous motor, 50 Hz, 2850 rpm.; Class F insulation; IP68 protection; operating voltage: single-phase 220V, three-phase 380V.
Accessories: control panel, intrinsically safe module with ATEX power supply circuit, ATEX level controller with 5, 10 or 20 M electric cable,electronic level sensor, maximum filter 142, maxifilter 170, also available with inclined riser for inclined Wells, electrical cable for connection according to the selected version and pumped liquid.
