    Description

    Application of the pump: pumping liquids and wastewater in landfills, for drainage of liquids contaminated with hydrocarbons and ground water. ATEX pumps can be installed in explosive environments in accordance with Directive 2014/34/EU and the ATEX marking. Features: multi-stage centrifugal submersible pumps for 4 inch wells are equipped with a floating impeller system, which allows pumping waste water and liquids that contain fine suspended solid particles; external housing, nozzle, suction pipe, shaft and other components made of Aisi 316 stainless steel; impellers and diffusers made of special plastic with ceramic inserts at the wear point; Aisi 316 stainless steel check valve inserted into the head; temperature of the pumped liquid: max + 40 ° C; special mechanical seal, high-strength, reliable, with high resistance to wear and chemical exposure. Motor: 2-pole asynchronous motor, 50 Hz, 2850 rpm.; Class F insulation; IP68 protection; operating voltage: single-phase 220V, three-phase 380V; electric motor in an oil bath. Accessories: electrical control panel; intrinsically safe ATEX power module; ATEX level controller with 5, 10 or 20 m electrical cable; ID ATEX electronic level transmitter; Maxifiltro 142; Maxifiltro 170, also available with inclined riser for inclined Wells; ID 4g1.5 round cable.
