Membrane pumps DP with innovative air separation system, geometry of pump chambers and valve system, allows to pump over a wide range of aggressive products (concentrated acids, alkalis, solvents, laquers, glues, liquids with suspended particles to 10 mm, abrasive products, etc.) with viscosity from 6000 to 55000 cPs.
Wet part of membrane pumps DP is made of such material as:
- РР: POLYPROPLENE ;
- PB: FIBER POLYPROPLENE;
- PVDF: KYNAR;
- AL: ALUMINUM;
- DD: CAST IRON;
- SC: АІSI 316L;
- SS: АІSI 316.
The main working bodies (membranes, ball valves, ball seats) are made of:
- S: SANTOPRENE;
- N: NEOPRENE;
- B: BUNA-N (NBR);
- E: EPDM;
- T: PTFE;
- V: VITON / FKM.
