    Description

    Chemical pump for alkalis, acids, filtration, electrolytes, electroplating, hypochlorite, nitric acid. Material: GFRPP The pumps have also found wide application in filtration plants, purification of chemically active acids, alkalis. It is suitable for all kinds of special cases, such as circulation of strongly acidic, alkaline liquid, cooling, purification equipment, exhaust gas condensers, pickling machine, chemical coating - electroplating baths, pumping electrolytes, non-electrolytic nickel. The pump uses a dry shaft seal, which can be used without damage at idle. This series of pumps uses reinforced plastic F-FRPP, G-GFRPP, P-PVDF. The manufacturing method of pump parts is injection molding. SUS304 and titanium shafts can be selected as the motor shaft. Pump installation is semi-submersible, external installation. The semi-submersible pump can be installed from the outside or in a convenient place, which allows you to provide a filtration system with compact dimensions, convenient maintenance and control. Pump materials, depending on the requirements of the technology, are presented in various options for selection. - extended warranty - service and supply of spare parts It is possible to equip with an explosion-proof Ex motor. Control the temperature when mixing chemical liquids to prevent pump destruction.
