Description
The sealed centrifugal pump of the TsG type is designed for pumping in various conditions of neutral, chemically active, aggressive, toxic, flammable and containing harmful substances of liquids of all hazard classes, including liquefied gases, the vapors of which can form explosive mixtures, mixing with air.
Sealed CH pumps are used in the chemical, oil, petrochemical, gas, fuel and energy, chemical and pharmaceutical, food, meat and dairy, refrigeration and processing industries, metallurgy, energy and other industries.
Hermetically sealed CH pumps have an explosion-proof level of protection.
Design features of hermetic pumps CH:
- absence of oil seals and other seals of rotating parts;
- the pumps can be heated or cooled using a "jacket" or a built-in / portable refrigerator;
- pumps can be lubricated and cooled by the pumped liquid;
- monoblock design, pumping part with built-in asynchronous motor;
- the presence of a thin-walled sleeve to protect the stator and rotor windings from contact with the pumped medium;
-can be manufactured in explosion-proof design;
- a one-way inlet impeller with a slotted seal, which excludes the possibility of accidental particles getting into the electric motor;
- the design of the pumps provides unloading from axial forces arising during operation.
