Description
Stainless piston pump (food grade) BTS-VNPB-32/32 is designed for pumping pulp, wort, juice, juice with pulp, yeast and thick precipitation, wine materials, wines, ground vegetables and other liquid media.
It is manufactured both in mobile and stationary versions.
The process of transporting pulp, wort and wine materials is one of the main technologies of winemaking, The pumping method significantly affects the quality of products, since imperfect pumping equipment carries out grinding of the wort suspension, excessive aeration of wort and wine materials, enriches the medium with metals.
The installation is designed taking into account the least impact on the pumped product. The design parameters of the flow part are optimized in order to obtain the maximum uniform flow, a higher self-priming height, a reduction in the "neutral" space, and, accordingly, a sharp decrease in the oxidation of the product, as well as the loss of its flavor. It was possible to obtain such results by using a rodless pump drive of the original design instead of the traditional crank-connecting rod.
The valve box is made of stainless steel, equipped with plug-in seats also made of stainless steel, having a specially designed surface, which would prevent the wear of the valves. The valve box has a bypass line, which allows you to clean the box in case of contamination and reduce the pump flow.
The pump cylinder is made of stainless steel, which practically eliminates the possibility of its wear when pumping abrasive media, including those containing bentonite, diatomite, etc. The free space between the pump housing and the drive housing allows you to quickly and efficiently replace the stuffing box. The drive gearbox uses plastic oil instead of liquid, which eliminates oil leakage and littering of the room. The reducer is sealed along the rod with a special cuff that prevents the pumped product from entering the gearbox housing.
The front rotary pair of wheels of the installation is equipped with a braking device that turns on and off automatically depending on the position of the handle behind which the installation is moved. In the stationary version, the placement of holes for anchor bolts is the same as in PMN-28.
The warranty period is 12 months.
During the warranty period, upon detection of defects caused by the fault of the manufacturer, the supplier shall eliminate the defects of the delivered Goods within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notification from the buyer (subject to the operation of the equipment in accordance with the terms of the technical documentation).
