The hot oil pump BTKF-K is designed for pumping high-temperature liquids, oil 350°C. A pump for heating bitumen, a pump for woodworking factories for the production of products. The pumps are equipped with impellers of three standard sizes in diameter (with trimming), which allows you to more accurately select the pump in terms of pressure and power on the shaft. The pump for the hot coolant is an air-cooled centrifugal pump with a cast radiator to relieve the thermal load of the shaft chamber and installed end seals. The pump and the electric motor are connected using a coupling. This gives advantages during dismantling. The size of the pump corresponds to the standard TS EN 733. The inlet and outlet dimensions of the flanges correspond to ISO 7005-2 / PN16. The pump is equipped with a mechanical seal made of materials resistant to high temperatures. If it is necessary to replace the impeller, bearings or seals, the pump is easily disassembled. Purpose: pump for superheated liquid, oil, other clean products with a temperature of up to 350°C.
