Description
SCP-L sanitary centrifugal pumps made of food grade stainless steel are used in the food, pharmaceutical, and dairy industries, for pumping juices, concentrates, and suspensions in the brewing and beverage processes, distillates, cake, and wort, and with the appropriate options, they can also be used in complex applications such as: evaporators, concentrators, distillation towers, evaporators, decanted syrups, and purified water circuits in the pharmaceutical industry.
All parts that come into contact with the product, such as the pump housing, pump cover and impeller, are made of AISI 316L or AISI 304 stainless steel.
The impeller is open, polished.
The sanitary centrifugal pump is installed horizontally. It is not self-priming. (Please choose the self-priming pump for the self-priming type.)
All internal parts of the pump are polished. The upper parts of the body, the covers can be supplied with matting, sandblasting.
The maximum inlet pressure is 0.5 MPa.
Temperature range: -10°C to + 140°C (EPDM)
Motor: Depending on the configuration, the pump mainly uses a high-efficiency three-phase AC motor M2BAX brand "ABB".
The pump is designed and manufactured in accordance with IEC60034. IE60072, in accordance with the requirements of CE marking.
An explosion-proof motor is available for a variety of applications.
Featuring excellent electrical performance, low noise and low vibration, the motor has a standard IP55 protection rating and an F insulation rating. Frequency: 50Hz/60Hz Operating mode: Continuous (SI) Rotation speed: the standard pump rotation speed is 2900 rpm.
