Description
Sanitary pump SNP-F for food products operating under vacuum. It can extract liquids from containers under vacuum at a negative pressure of 0.09 MPa.
When selecting materials, all parts that come into contact with the materials, such as the pump housing, pump cover and impeller, are made of AISI 316L or AISI 304 stainless steel. The pump has an open impeller and an additional impeller. Operating condition: sanitary pump operating under vacuum-negative pressure on the product supply side. Surface treatment: the receiving part of the liquid is subject to polishing and polishing. Matting of other parts or sandblasting. The maximum inlet pressure is 0.5 MPa. Temperature range: -10℃ to + 140℃ (EPDM).
Motor
Depending on the configuration, the pump mainly uses a high-efficiency three-phase AC motor M2BAX brand "ABB". The pump is designed and manufactured in accordance with IEC60034. IE60072, which meets the requirements of CE marking.
The explosion-proof motor is available for a variety of applications.
Featuring excellent electrical performance, low noise and low vibration, the motor has a standard IP55 protection rating and an F insulation rating.
Frequency: 50 Hz/60 Hz.
In wake-up mode: Continuous (SI)
The standard pump speed is 2900 rpm.
