Description
The NOVA ROTORS DHS-T and JHS-T Series screw pumps with hopper and feed screw for direct feeding of the product to the hydraulic part are the ideal solution for pumping viscous and non-flowing liquids with a high content of solid particles.
DHS-T and JHS-T Series with a rectangular version of the hopper with an enlarged hydraulic feed screw. A model specifically designed for the biogas silo pumping sector with liquid phase injection at the suction to improve solid particle pumping. A separate entrance provides a connection for injecting the liquid phase, and a rectangular bottom collects stones that can get inside the hopper and be transported by an auger. This avoids damage to the hydraulic part.
In addition, an additional wide and fast viewing hole is provided, which makes it easy to clean at the suction stage.
JHS-T Series: the drive is connected to the shaft input via an elastic coupling. This configuration is the best solution in terms of performance and durability. All forces generated by the pump are perceived by the bearings in the housing. These bearings have a very high load resistance. They are assembled with the utmost precision from the highest quality parts. This is the best solution if you want to guarantee durability and reliability, but still need more space for installation. The bearing assembly developed by us is modular and can be adapted to the DHS series pump with a lantern. This is the current state of this type of installation.
