    Description

    The working pair of the screw pump consists of a metal rotor (a single-entry external spiral) and a rubber stator (a two-entry internal spiral), while hermetically sealed cavities appear along the line of closure of the rotor and the stator, which, when the rotor rotates, move towards the injection. The number of steps of the working (screw) pair determines the potential pressure that the screw pump can develop, and the volume of closed cavities and the speed of rotation of the rotor determines its performance. Thus, the screw pump is a self-priming pump of the volumetric type and allows adjustment of performance in a wide range without loss of nominal pressure. These features of the screw pump allow you to work with viscous media, media with solid inclusions and sediments, multiphase media with a gas component, etc.
