Description
KSGH series high lift gravel pump is single-stage, cantilevered, with horizontal structure and single-suction. The pump casing, pump cover and adapter plate are bolted together. Grease lubrication is used. The clearance between the impeller and the protection plate can be adjusted. The pump outlet direction can be rotated in 45° intervals for installation and use at eight different angles. The pump and drive can be connected by direct drive, V-belt drive, hydraulic coupling drive and reduction drive. The shaft can be sealed with a stuffing box, an auxiliary impeller seal or a mechanical seal. The inlet of each pump type is horizontal. In the direction of transmission, the pump rotates clockwise or counterclockwise as required.
It is used for pumping sludge, which is mainly crushed soil material and a mixture of soil slag and mud water. The pump is also used for river sand mining and mining vessels.
