Description
Pump application: DNA series is used for wastewater and wastewater treatment. Its wide channel provides free passage of solid particles, which makes it especially useful in water treatment plants, household, utilities and agriculture. The 4-pole version can be used in applications where continuous maintenance of S1 is required, and is characterized by silent operation.
Characteristics: the main components are made of GG20 cast iron. The double mechanical seal in the back-to-back configuration, located in the oil chamber, guarantees a long service life of the product.
Motor range: short-rotor motor with 2 and 4 poles; thermal protection built into the winding (in models DNA ...- 2/220 and DNA ...- 4/090 thermal protection conductors T1 and T2 must be connected to the control panel); insulation class F 155 ° C; degree of protection of the IP68 engine.
Engine cooling: engine cooling is provided by the liquid in which the pump is immersed.
Limits of use: maximum permissible liquid temperature: 40 ° C with the pump completely submerged; maximum depth of immersion: 20 m; permissible pH value: 6-10; hydraulic characteristics are suitable for liquids with a density of <1.1 kg / dm3; permissible voltage: 220V / 380V ± 5%; permissible frequency: 50 Hz ± 2%.
