Description
Pump application: The DNB series is used for pumping and draining clear liquids and wastewater. The special impeller of S-Flow channels allows to pass short rigid fibers and is especially suitable for sewage and treatment facilities. 4-pole versions are designed to work in conditions of continuous operation S1 and have a high noise level.
Characteristics: the main components are made of GG20 cast iron. Double mechanical seals in the "back to back" configuration, located in the oil chamber, guarantee a long service life of the product.
Motor range: short-rotor motor with 2 and 4 poles; thermal protection built into the winding (in DNB ...- 2/220 and DNB models with 4 poles, the thermal protection conductors T1 and T2 must be connected to the control panel); insulation class F 155 ° C; degree of protection of the IP68 engine.
Engine cooling: engine cooling is provided by the liquid in which the pump is immersed.
Limits of use: maximum permissible liquid temperature: 40 ° C with the pump completely submerged; maximum depth of immersion: 20 m; permissible pH value: 6-10; hydraulic characteristics are suitable for liquids with a density of <1.1 kg / dm3; permissible voltage: 220V / 380V ± 5%; permissible frequency: 50 Hz ± 2%.
