Description
Pump application: the G2 series poles have a built-in macerator at the inlet. This destroys solid particles in wastewater, which allows them to be transported through relatively narrow, often existing pipes.
Areas of application: domestic wastewater, liquids with excess solids when high pressure (Hm) is required.
Characteristics: the main components are made of GG20 cast iron in the standard configuration on the engine side is a cuff seal in the oil chamber, and on the impeller side - a mechanical seal.
Range of motors: motor with a short-circuited rotor in execution with 2 poles; thermal protection T1 and T2, built into the motor winding (connected to a three-pole contactor on the control panel); Class F insulation (155 ° C); degree of protection IP68.
Engine cooling: engine cooling is provided by the liquid in which the pump is immersed.
Limits of use: maximum permissible liquid temperature: 40 ° C with the pump completely submerged; on request, special version (except ATEX) for withstanding liquid temperatures up to 60 ° C with fully submerged pump, without maintenance S1; maximum depth of immersion: 20 m; permissible pH value: 6-10; hydraulic characteristics suitable for liquids with a density of <1.1 kg / dm3; permissible voltage: 220V / 380V ± 5%; permissible frequency: 50 Hz ± 2%.
