Description
Application: pump for juice, milk, whey, pumping wine, wine material, beer, wort, syrup, water, emulsion and oil.
Self-priming liquid ring pump with a star-shaped impeller, equipped as standard with a double direction of rotation and a high-efficiency motor. The special hydraulic geometry allows the pump to operate even in the presence of air bubbles in the intake fluid.
The liquid ring pump provides suction capacity by simply filling the pump body through one of the hose fittings, the suction power is active in both directions of rotation. The MARINA MINI series electric pumps are equipped with a brush motor powered by direct current, in the 12V or 24V version, for continuous operation (free-drain pump).
Electrical connection:

ATTENTION: Electrical connection and remote control must be carried out by competent personnel! Poorly done work can cause serious damage to things and people. Choose a 2-pole power cable with a minimum cross-section of 6 sq. Mm and a maximum length of 3 meters. Remove the cover at the top of the pump by unscrewing the 2 cross-slot screws, pass the cable through the black rubber on the side of the pump, connect the cable to the terminal on the base, screw the cover back on.
The pump can be used to pump any commonly used clean liquid that does not need to be chemically aggressive or abrasive. Some examples: water, wine, milk, vinegar, low-viscosity oil solutions, diesel fuel.
Routine maintenance requires a small number of simple interventions, as if it were a normal household appliance. After use, it is necessary to pour clean water to wash the inner surfaces of the pump. The electric motor does not require maintenance, there are no parts for lubrication. Clean the external parts with a slightly damp sponge, and then immediately dry with a cloth.
