Description

The process of laser centering of shafts includes the following stages: 1. collection and analysis of technical information about the equipment: § analysis of data on the assembly and repairs of the unit; § examination of the units of the unit, its attachment to the foundation; § determination of the nominal speed of rotation of the unit shafts; § possibility settings of the measuring laser system and the presence of restrictions; semi-couplings, the choice of the method of determining and carrying out measurements in different directions: in the vertical and horizontal planes, as well as in space (angular displacement of the shafts); centering of the unit; §checking the presence of mechanical weakening ("leg sagging"); §determining the real values ​​of misalignment of the shafts; §general evaluation of the measurement results obtained with the help of devices;§making a decision on centering. Centering of shafts: §removal of mechanical weakening ("sag leg");§setting the position of units in the vertical direction to obtain values ​​of angular misalignment and parallel displacement within the necessary tolerances specified in the operating documentation;§setting the position of units in the horizontal plane to obtaining the values ​​of angular misalignment and parallel displacement within the necessary tolerances; §conducting a repeated control measurement to confirm the result of unit centering; §formation of the form for laser centering of the unit with the indication of the latest and previous centering indicators; §installation, if necessary, of seals against unauthorized intervention by unqualified personnel. For correct, high-quality and less costly physical centering of the shafts of the mechanisms, it is necessary to follow the established rules for preparing the equipment for this process, namely:§ The frame on which the moving machine is installed must be made of channels of nominal size, tied securely together in several places, where polished metal plates of the appropriate thickness must be welded, depending on the weight of the unit, with holes for mounting the engine and holes on the lower shelves channels or plates for attaching anchor foundation bolts;§Between the legs of the engine and the frame, in addition to the welded plates, pads with a thickness of at least 3 mm are pre-installed with slots for the engine mounting bolts for the possibility of rough subcentering during the first installation of the equipment;§During the laser high-precision alignment, levels must be used , thinner pads of the same thickness, provided that the supporting welded plates of the frame are horizontally in the same plane and the total height of the pads on one leg does not exceed 2-3 mm.§The process of centering can be facilitated in the event that pressing and push-adjusting bolts are used, especially in the case when mechanisms with a fairly large weight of more than 0.5-1 ton are centered.§The results of centering can be directly influenced by external, atmospheric factors. Therefore, centering should be carried out during positive temperatures and other negative influences, such as external loads of pipelines, fittings, etc.
