Description
The DDE decanter centrifuge is specially designed for industrial plants. The centrifuge is a cylindrical Bowl that rotates at high speed, and the spiral inside the body rotates along the same axis, but at a different speed, which ensures separation into solid and liquid phases. Raw materials enter the drum through the loading hole and are then smoothly accelerated by the rotor. As a result of rotation, a centrifugal force occurs, which causes solid particles to settle on the walls of the drum. As a result, solid particles are moved by means of an auger to the conical part of the drum. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel.
Decanter centrifuges DDE application in the environment: thickening of sewage sludge, thickening of sludge using a starch-based polymer, sedimentation of sewage treatment plants, processing of liquid fertilizer.
