The dismountable wide-gap countercurrent heat exchanger TRSHP is used in heat exchange processes of media containing a lot of solid particles and fibrous suspensions, viscous liquids in the food , alcohol, chemical and pulp and paper industries.
Two plate models are available for the dismountable wide-gap countercurrent heat exchanger: a dimpled pattern and a flat pattern with spikes. A flow channel is formed between the plates welded together. Thanks to the unique design of the heat exchanger, it retains the advantage of high heat transfer efficiency and low differential pressure compared to other types of heat exchangers during the same process.
In addition, the special design of the heat exchange plate ensures a smooth flow of liquid in a wide gap. No "dead zone", no deposits or clogging with solid particles or suspensions, so the liquid passes smoothly through the heat exchanger without clogging.
