    Welded non-assembled spiral heat exchanger SHE-120S Heat exchange area-120 m2, material-SS304, thickness-2.5 mm, sheet width-1200-1250 mm, spiral height - 14 mm. The product is wort (50m3 / h), and 22 mm water 140 m3 / h. The flange diameter is 159 mm for wort and 200 mm for water. Welded spiral heat exchangers are manufactured similarly to disassemble spiral heat exchangers, the only difference is that the channel walls are welded. If there is no need to clean the heat exchangers manually - by high - pressure washing machines, but only by washing them with CIP - circulation pumps, etc., then you can use a welded spiral heat exchanger. Easy maintenance, reliable, high pressure, low cost compared to a disassemble heat exchanger.
