Angel Super Turbo Yeast is made from specially selected high-quality alcoholic yeast strains and a special blend of minerals, vitamins and nutrients used to ferment sugar and works perfectly in most conditions. It is a yeast and nutrient package specifically designed to produce alcohol with a high fermentation rate and ferment to high alcohol levels. Suitable for mash with an alcohol concentration of 13-18% Vol.
Application:
Suitable for fermentation at a sugar concentration in the wort of 240-320 G/L. Turbo yeast can be added Immediately (directly to the fermenter) or after it is activated. The dosage is 3-8 G/L, depending on the volume of fermentation liquid (wort). The fermentation temperature is in the range of 24-33°C. Fermentation was not completed until the specific gravity of the fermentation wort was less than 0.995.
Notes: the results shown in the table are test results in sucrose solution.
Packing: aluminum foil vacuum packaging, 10kg*1/pack and 250g*20 / pack.
Store in a dry place at a low temperature (≤10C), shelf life 18 months.
