The yeast strain was selected from natural and high-quality yeast strains with excellent fermentation power. Suitable for making aromatic pink or sweet wine. At the same time, they produce more esters and glycerin material with a clear and mild taste. Yeast meets the needs of highly acidic fermentation of grape varieties and has an excellent ability to convert malic acid. They form less foam during stable fermentation.

Application: prepare a solution of sugar in water (about 5% sugar) 10-15 times the weight of the required yeast or diluted grape juice (1/3 grape juice and 2/3 water), adjust the temperature to 35-40°C. Dissolve the yeast to be used in the cooking solution, let it stand for about 15 minutes, then slowly stir for 5 minutes. Add the yeast solution mixture to the grape juice to ferment and mix evenly.
