Description
The price is for 1 package - 0.5 kg. AG-2 is an active dry yeast that is most suitable for the production of wheat, corn and other grain whiskey. They have a short lag phase, fast and strong fermentation, a clean body and a balanced taste. They also have a high tolerance to glucose and ethanol, and the use of the enzyme preparation glucoamylase can improve the processing of maltotriose and dextrin.

Rehydrate the yeast in 5-10 times the volume of warm water or low-concentration wort (mix 1/3 of the fermented wort and 2/3 of the water) at 22-30℃ and leave on for 7-15 minutes, then mix gently. Then let stand for 10-15 minutes and carefully pour into the fermenter.
