Operating principle of thermal mass flow meter

This measurement principle is based on the fact that heat is removed from a heated body when a liquid flows past it. Thermal mass flow meter is a flow meter based on the principle of thermal diffusion. That is, when a fluid flows through an object, the amount of heat loss from the heat-generating object is proportional to the speed of the fluid flow. SI-RSL Thermal Mass Flow Meters Specifically, the sensor sensor has two standard RTDs. One for the heat source and one for measuring the liquid temperature. As the fluid passes through, the temperature difference between them is nonlinear with the flow of the pond. The meter can turn this relationship into a linear output that measures the flow signal.
