The regeneration column is designed for the regeneration (recovery) of the product, which can be reused in the technological cycle. Let us consider the construction of a regeneration column by the example of a reduction column (concentration) in the production of pectin. Ethyl alcohol is used as the precipitating agent of pectin. During the production process, the volume fraction of ethyl alcohol is reduced by almost half. To reuse ethanol, it is necessary to reduce the amount of water (strengthen) in the ethanol solution. The technological scheme of ethanol regeneration (strengthening) is shown in Fig. 1
