Pall Ring
Despite the fact that the Raschig Ring and Pall Ring have similar cylindrical dimensions, the advantage of the Pall ring is two rows of punched holes with the tabs curved inwards, which significantly increases the performance of the packing in relation to throughput, efficiency and pressure drop. We can offer this type of packing in various plastic variations: polypropylene, PVDF, HDPE, glass-filled polypropylene and PVC.

- Most suited in low pressure drop, high capacity applications;

- Consistent ratio of free and blocked passages, independent of orientation;

- A relatively high liquid hold-up promotes high absorption efficiencies, especially in cases where the reaction rates are slow;
- Uninterrupted and consistent passages for gas and liquid flow.

- Robust to variations in liquid and vapor distribution.
- Mechanical Strength
- Its internal cross-structure of diametrical spars make it mechanically robust and suitable for use in deep packed beds.
