Description
Reinforced cfretfe fluoropolymer combines high mechanical properties with chemical resistance close to Teflon® fluoropolymers, it is easy to process, has a specific weight of 1.7 and resistance to high radiation energy.
Many ETFE brands maintain a continuous use temperature of 150 ° C.
ETFE is also available as a mixture of 25% fiberglass, antistatic additives and for adhesion to second polymers (general extrusion).

Pumps with a magnetic coupling, unlike other chemical pumps, have a significant feature - the design of these pumps does not use an end seal, oil seal or other sealing element of this type.
The working body is driven by a magnetic field, the working chamber and the drive shaft are separated by a non-moving casing made of chemically resistant material. This eliminates the possibility of liquid leakage from the working chamber.
The magnetic coupling is not afraid of solid particles in the liquid, there is no possibility of leakage, which is not unimportant when pumping chemically active and explosive liquids.
Unlike mechanically sealed pumps, pumps equipped with a magnetic coupling do not require maintenance (which saves money and time).
