The wort is pumped from the batch preparation department to the hydro-enzymatic processing department, where in hydro-fermentation processing devices (HFPS), under the action of enzyme preparations, both introduced into the wort and additionally introduced into the HFPS, the wort is liquefied and saccharified to form a wort. The finished wort is sent for fermentation to the yeast fermentation department, part of the wort is sent for the cultivation of industrial yeast.
