The device has excellent properties: high accuracy of parameter measurements; measurement of mass flow, density and temperature, as well as calculation of volume flow and mass and volume concentration using only one device; common electronics for all converters; the modular concept makes it possible to quickly replace electronics or converters; work regardless of flow direction; straight sections of pipeline before and after the flow meter are not required; reliable operation in the presence of vibration of the pipeline, with changes in temperature and pressure of the working medium (only if the flow meter is installed on rubber pads); long service life and ease of maintenance due to the absence of moving and wearing parts; reliable measurement even under difficult conditions, such as highly viscous liquids, heterogeneous mixtures, solid particles or gas inclusions; minimal pressure loss; fast signal processing even when the measured medium changes and changes in temperature and density; High density measurement accuracy and excellent zero point stability.
Volume-mass flow meter (electronic meter) is a device that uses the Coriolis effect to measure the mass flow of gases and liquids. The principle of operation is based on changes in the phases of mechanical vibrations of U-shaped tubes through which the product moves. The phase shift is proportional to the mass flow rate. A flow with a certain mass moving through the inlet branches of the flow tubes creates a Coriolis force that resists the vibrations of the flow tubes.
The device consists of a flow sensor (sensor) and a converter. The sensor directly measures flow, density and temperature. The converter converts the information received from the detector into standard output signals.
